In this episode, I discuss one of my own studies that explores how we define team coaching. In this episode I summarise the key findings which includes a synthesis of the views of 410 team coaches on their experience of how team coaching should be defined and distinguished form other forms of team learning and development and translate how you can utilise the findings from this study into practice.
The study I am discussing in this episode is Jones, R. J., Napiersky, U., & Lyubovnikova, J. (2019). Conceptualizing the distinctiveness of team coaching. Journal of Managerial Psychology. https://doi.org/10.1108/JMP-07-2018-0326. You can access the original article here: https://www.emeraldinsight.com/doi/abs/10.1108/JMP-07-2018-0326
