Color: Dark blue

Altar: On a cloth of dark blue place a horn of mead, an evergreen branch, and a set of runes laid out in concentric circles.
Offerings: Mead. Do something in a leadership position, especially if it is difficult.
Daily Meal: Bread. Cheese. Goat milk. Meat. Mead.

Invocation to Odin All-Father

Hail Odin, Lord of Asgard,
Warrior and wanderer, valiant and wise,
You to whom all the gods of Asgard look,
Sky Father on the eight-legged steed,
You who traded an eye for wisdom
And ruled a turbulent realm,
Give us the wisdom to accept
The twists and turns of Fate
Even as you surrendered yourself
To the mercies of the Norns.
Protect us, All-Father,
From what harm may come to us.
Lead us through the wilderness
And bring us safely to that great hall
That you reserve only for the brave of spirit.

We call on You now.

Grant us the wisdom and insight

To work with our Fate and not against it,

To weave frith and not fray it,

To stand fast and not fall.

Cloud-high our courage rises:

Let us ride our Fate with the grace of Ravens.

Grey-Cloaked Sage of Shifting Shapes,

All-Seeing Eye of Magic’s Might,

Set Your shield upon us as a pledge

That we may strive, and flourish, and fly,

And feast with You in Valhalla

When the last wind settles in the west.

Great are your Gifts, Great are your ways,

and we stand tall in that which We’ve gained.

We offer you this sacrifice, so that you may bless us with your strength, your wisdom, and your knowledge.
