041: How to FEEL BETTER when you are really hurting
I’m sorry you’re really hurting right now.
I was where you are not too long ago and it sucks. You don’t want to do anything but sleep to escape the pain of your world came crashing down on you.
It’s ok to feel that way. It’s ok to feel things. You don’t have to practice gratitude and pretend you’re not hurt. We all need a grieving period.
I just wanted to help you slowly work your way back to feeling like yourself again. Giving you some hope.
