Then, another spacecraft, OSIRIS-REx, took a photo fo Earth from 71 million miles away, and we remember the famous 'pale blue dot' photo from Voyager 1. Then, new science suggests that white dwarfs, which is what our sun will turn into one day, eventually cool down and harden into giant crystals. So, 97% of all the stars in the Milky Way Galaxy could one day become crystals, leading us to have some crazy ideas about the distant future.
