Evan Hafer is a former Green Beret (U.S. Army Special Forces) with multiple combat tours. He loves his coffee, and he loves to help veterans. Evan founded Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) to supply a premium, roast-to-order coffee to the working man. He wanted a profession that merged his true passions - his love of country, love of his community, and love for great coffee. Now serving one million tons of coffee beans a year, BRCC wants to hire 10,000 U.S. veterans. This episode is an epic start to Rocktober.

“Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming "Wow! What a Ride!”
