Maybe not everything but there are somethings we definitely could say “Sorry not right now, but thanks for thinking of me.” Just because someone is a close friend or a family member does not mean we have to say yes to everything that they ask of us. To become happier, we have to start teaching others the way we should be treated. In this episode Chalene will give you tips and some examples of how you can put saying no into action and start being happier.
