In Ayurveda the three doshas govern the seasons. Kapha-late winter to Spring, Pitta- Summer, Vata-fall to early winter.
As we move into each season it is important to match our behavior, diet, lifestyle to the new season so we can remain in balance.
In this episode we give an overview of the seasons by dosha and then explore specifically how to move from summer into fall/winter seamlessly. Winter (vata season) can really impact the rest of the year, so get yourself ready for vata season with the tips I share on this episode.
