MMP Ep. 122: A Gentle Unplanned C-Section Listener Birth Story
**TRIGGER WARNING: This episode shares birth details that may be triggering for some people. Please be advised prior to listening that this may contain sensitive information.**
In this episode, Jess sits down with Emily Bulthuis, a listener, licensed clinical social worker, and first time mama. Emily shares her pregnancy journey, labor and delivery story, and postpartum healing with us, and we are so grateful for her story! She openly and honestly discusses her birth preparation, her mindset around undergoing an unplanned cesarean section, and how she has both physically and emotionally worked through the healing process of her birth story. We are honored to hold the space for her to share, and hope that her story can resonate with anyone who has been through a similar experience, or who is currently expecting and planning for birth.
