The Eastern part of the Valley is home to many outstanding breweries, and in less than a year Desert Monks Brewing has made quite the name for itself. Located in the Gilbert Town Square Desert Monks regularly has more than a dozen of its own beers on tap, all of which came from the minds of their various owners and brewers.
In this week's episode, we sit down with a host of key people from the Desert Monks Brewing and learn about how it came to be, both in name and location, what it is supposed is supposed to be and where it is heading in the future.
