Forgiveness cuts the energetic cords that keeps you attached to people who have hurt you.
Forgiveness is an act of self-love. For every person you forgive, you heal a wound of your own.
Forgiveness weakens the egos ability to hold onto anger, hurt and resentment.
Forgiveness shows that you are evolving emotionally and spiritually.
Forgiveness is a key component with healing wounds.
Forgiveness helps to clear energetic baggage and will allow new energy to emerge in your life.
Please understand that forgiveness doesn’t mean excusing people’s toxic behavior toward you. It doesn’t mean you have to continue to allow them into your life. They don’t even have to be physically present to forgive them and free them from your vibratory field.
Forgiveness has been one of the most difficult yet rewarding parts of my healing journey. I teach forgiveness as one of the pillars of the healing process.
I HATED my father. I wished his death many of times. But when I truly sat down and meditated on forgiving him, I started to cut the energetic cords and release the pain. Through all of the forgiveness, I have freed myself and others who were attached to me as well.
