On the 30th of September 1975, cowman Jock Stewart was walking just outside of the town of Ecchinswell in Hampshire. As he walked along he noticed something in an open drain behind a demolished cottage. As he got closer he noticed that it was a partially naked woman wrapped up in a bed blanket. The investigation began into who this woman was and due to her small features she became known as the Ecchinswell Doll. The investigation would last several years and would cross many different countries.
