Mohamed Sanu In, Josh Gordon Out | Making Sense of Patriots WR Moves | Is Tom Brady Leaning Towards Retirement? | Is the Patriots Defense Going to Continue Its Dominance vs Legit Offenses? [Roundtable]
Nick Quaglia, Marv Ezhan and Mike Molyneaux jump back into another week of the CLNS Media Patriots Roundtable.
Earlier this week the Patriots traded a second-round draft pick for Mohamed Sanu.
Many claimed the price was too high. Then the news came out that Josh Gordon was placed on IR. Once medically cleared, Josh Gordon will be placed on waivers. What's going on here?
Something else that was a little surprising on the week? During his weekly WEEI appearance, Tom Brady didn't sound so certain that he'll be back with the Patriots past this season. This goes along with Adam Schefter's oddly confident speculation that Brady could be done following the 2019 season.
And last, we know this Patriots defense has been an absolute WAGON. They're shaping up to potentially be one of the best in the 21st century. But will this dominance hold up once they start facing legitimate offenses?
