On a recent Called to Coach, we spoke with May Soriano, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach who has been coaching in the Philippines for 22 years. Coach May talked about the rich coaching community that she is a part of in the Philippines, including The Coaches Circle -- a method of training coaches through goal-setting and having them coach each other.
