After spending a few years working at technology startups and larger companies like LinkedIn, Hayden realized he'd been living his life for other people, doing the "smart thing" and the "right thing", instead of what spoke to his soul. In 2017, he decided to venture off on his own. He now works in the personal development space, empowering people to redefine what's possible, step into their unique power, and a life a joy-filled life on their own terms.
