Today we continue with the next segment of the Terence McKenna talk that I began playing last week. It begins with him saying that, while he doesn't believe it, nonetheless humanity could be considered the scar tissue of evolution attempting to repair the perfect first life form. And if that sounds outrageous, then wait until you listen to the rest of this rap, which even included a discussion about ingesting psychedelics on a daily basis in doses larger that what we now think of as microdosing. He then goes into a very introspective rap about his own spirituality. Near the end of this talk he also speculates about what he calls transforming machine elves could actually be, and he gives us more than one choice of ideas so you may settle this mystery to your own satisfaction.
