There is never a wrong time to practice a little "thank you." They say the Holidays are the MOST wonderful time of the year, but between the little things like Christmas, Hannukah, and Kwanza shopping, perfecting cooking recipes, and navigating holiday travel or the big things like missing loved ones, deployment overseas, or little money in the bank, this time of the year can be downright STRESSFUL.
When you are operating from a place of stress, it ain't always easy to remember gratitude. But there are easy ways to take the pressure off and still find time to say, 'thanks.'
