A renowned cartoonist has condemned artist Garrick Tremain's cartoon, published in the Otago Daily Times this week.
The newspaper admitted it "got it wrong" by publishing the cartoon about Samoa's deadly measles epidemic.
Tom Scott told Simon Barnett and Phil Gifford the public reaction should have been expected.
He says when you compare the death toll to the Samoa's population, the epidemic is its equivalent to 9/11.
