Do you have stories about your friend, your parents, your lovers, your colleagues that don't feel good?
Maybe they cause you to avoid them or be irritated with them or even not be in communication with them. Maybe you've had it that it's just the way THEY are. Listen up. It's time to come clean and take responsibility for the context YOU are operating from that has them show up that way
😱 In this episode I share a story about how I came clean with my friend about what I was making what I've interpreted about her mean about me 😆.
Sound confusing? It's really not. It's just about getting down to the root of what's actually happening and how contexts that we've created about ourselves and others impacts how we feel and how we interact with others. I share some resources and tools that I've used to access this level of awareness and how they work to disappear what's in the way of you and (insert person you love).
