- Create strong energetic boundaries. Don’t take on other people’s emotions and remember to honor your own.
- Ask for and accept help. You don’t have to do it all alone, but you can’t receive the help you won’t ask for.
- Choose your focus. A million things will go right, a few will probably go wrong. You get to decide what you focus on.
