Rene Brent is a Certified Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapist. She is the Director and Instructor of the Orlando Florida Externship Program for The Institute of Interpersonal Hypnotherapy. Rene is passionate about teaching because she knows the power of this work, both personally and professionally, and regularly witnesses the importance of training qualified practitioners.
Rene has practiced an RN for over 25 yrs and worked in ICU, Trauma/ER, and Recovery Rooms. It was a natural transition to pursue a career as a Hypnotherapist. In her experience, she was inspired by the powerful mind/body connection and how self-awareness and reframing negative thoughts helps us heal emotionally and physically.
Hypnosis can prove useful, as she points out in this Episode, to directly access and modify past trauma and connect with the original self.
ConnectionsShe has an active private Hypnotherapy practice in Maitland, Florida. She utilizes hypnosis and other powerful techniques to help her clients take back their power, gain hope and find their version of happiness.
Rene Brent is also an author and speaker. Her newest book, How Big Is Your BUT? helps readers release blocks and move forward in their lives. She is frequently asked to speak to groups about how to use the power of their minds to Practice Happy.
