065: Counting Macros on a Plant-Based, Vegan or Vegetarian Diet
The best way to experience something is doing it, right? About a month ago I ate plant-based foods for two weeks. I did this for a couple of reasons. One being to help me become a better coach. I’ve had SO many people tell me that they can’t count macros because they eat a plant-based diet. What better way to find out than to try it? So I did!
