We've talked all about launching in "How to Launch a Podcast" - Episode 48. We've discussed picking a launch date, creative ways to market, how to create a basic podcast launch plan, etc.

But we've yet to discuss Podcast Launch Goals. And that's what I want to talk about here today. What are you trying to accomplish with the launch of your podcast?

Not necessarily the overall goal of reaching people who really need to hear your message or the WHY behind your podcast. But what specific targets are you aiming for as your launch date approaches?
