In this episode we discussed two major topics that are especially timely. First, we answered a question from a listener about the importance of gratitude. Second, we discussed goals (in preparation for 2020)! We had a long discussion where we talked about some of the research related to gratitude as well as some practical strategies for implementing a gratitude practice.
Then we turned our attention to goals and discussed some of our thoughts on why it’s important to set goals as well as some of the common impediments to reaching our goals. Developing habits out of our goal-oriented behavior is tough, but we offered some advice that should be of help!
