With this time of year comes a lot of goal setting chatter. Goals are great, right?! We should be stretching ourselves, getting better, and progressing toward something. But how often are goals started in January and by February you can't even remember what your goal was.
I've been in a gym January 1st and have seen with my own eyes the influx of people there ony to also see the mass exodus two weeks later. I see this every year.
