In this episode I recount the shame spiral I went into after running my first marathon and why . I share the extremely effective tools I’m using to silence my harsh inner critic, while gaining increasing peace with myself and others regardless of what I can, have or will achieve. These things are allowing me to confidently go after what I really want and fully enjoy the *process* of accomplishing my goals while detaching from the outcomes outside of my control.
