Mindfulness isn’t all meditation (though that helps!) and woo woo stuff… it’s about yelling at your kids less. It’s about more patience as you wait in line at Target. It’s about not losing your shit when someone cuts you off in traffic. It’s about creating TRUE connection with other humans on this earth - namely, our family. Let me share a few ways you can be more mindful in your day to day life and create pockets of presence each day!
