After years of studying and practicing, I started to see some themes in my coaching that I use over and over. The concepts are actually something I've practiced all my life and as I share them in my coaching and podcasts, I have decided to get concrete with them and form my own coaching model.

It's all about taking action in your life and I hope you listen in and let me know what your thoughts are. The first line is the reason why we do anything: our pleasure vs pain index. The things we do equate to our practice which is our habits. Our practice leads to our behavior which is the product or the person we become.

You can start anywhere on this model that you wish to set goals, solve problems, or make positive movement in your life. Believe it or not, we can LEARN to create our own reasons for pleasure (any resourceful emotion) instead of allowing pain avoidance to override our subconscious.
