Today we're going to be talking about well-being as it relates to the intellectual, emotional, influential, and unconscious life of your brain. Now, if that sounds a little too academic and heady and whatever, which it did to me when Brian first proposed this topic. Well, basically we're just talking about how our Strengths-Based approach to people. Teams and culture integrate well with some of the latest research in neuroscience and how understanding that can really help us maximize our levels of personal and professional well-being. See, it all comes back together.
We've been experimenting with some of these big ideas on our own team and also with some of our clients. This topic of well-being is kind of a hot one right now, and it's largely focused on the individual, and that's, of course, important, but we also think it has a lot to do with the well-being of your team and ultimately the culture of your organization.
