In this weeks Friday Fitness, Andy discusses how to improve your neck stability and mobility for your golf swing. The ability to rotate around the neck at speeds will improve posture and your power through the golf swing.
Perform this exercise with control, focus on your core being braced and posture in neutral. 2-3 sets x 5-10 reps each side.
