Intermittent fasting, Mind-muscle connection, strategic cheat meals, HIGH ENERGY! I've made huge strides in my body and performance and it all stems from AWARENESS. Listening to every detail of my body and tuning into my results from every workout/meal has been key. That ability to listen, is a muscle in itself. It takes time to get good at listening. Start asking your body how it feels after each meal, after each workout. Over time you will start to notice what your body wants to do and what it needs to recover.
