The second line of my action model is PRACTICE. If you take a look inside yourself, everything you've practiced so far equals the result of the person you are today. We don't realize what is ingrained into our subconscious as our daily practices sometimes.

Are you practicing patience? Are you practicing compliments? Are you practicing time and focus with your partner? Or are you practicing yelling at your children? Are you practicing road rage? Think about what you are truly practicing each day.

The beauty is we can CHANGE our practice to accommodate who we want to become. Finding the why using the pain and pleasure index is my first line in the action model and is covered in podcast 57. Now we have the reasons, it's time to set the rituals.
