293 - Should Pay Transparency Be A Thing?

I recently attended a TEDx Circles event where the conversation was about the pros & cons of making all salaries public. The discussion was so eye-opening that I wanted to bring it to an international group as well and see how different people in different countries felt. I'd LOVE to hear your opinion on the subject.
