From Rod Serling's Twilight Zone
"There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call ... The Twilight Zone".
Bio for Russ Brinegar, author of “Overlords of the Singularity: The Manipulation of Humankind by Hidden UFO Intelligences and the Quest for Transcendence”.
Russ was born in 1955 and spent his childhood in Titusville, Florida, on the “Space Coast.” In 1966, he and his father watched the first episode of the original “Star Trek” together, and has maintained an appreciation for good science fiction ever since. As a teenager, Russ enjoyed watching the Apollo/Saturn 5 rocket launches to the Moon from a distance of about 5 miles across the Indian River. At the age of 17, he joined the U.S. Army in the 101st Airborne infantry at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, as a gunner on an 81 mm mortar crew. He left the Army early after 2 years on a “Chapter 5 Expeditious Discharge,” i.e., “inability to adjust to military service,” and has been an activist against the Military Industrial Complex ever since. Following the Army, Russ returned to Bloomington, Indiana, to live near his family who had moved back to their original home in Indiana while he was in the Army. As a young adult in Indiana, Russ went into sales. He had a successful sales career, but always yearned to interact with humanity on a higher level than just selling them material commodities.
