NFL Collective Bargaining Agreement

The owner agreed to a proposal which the NFLPLA Executive Committee sniffed and elected to pass on. The owners want an extended season, more teams in the playoffs and dope. How much of a concession is nearly eliminating marijuana-based suspensions really cost the owners?

The proposed CBA suggests expanding the playoffs from 12 to 14 teams. If that system had been in place over the past 10 years, the league's biggest beneficiary would have been the Steelers who would have made the playoffs in 2019, 2018, 2013, and 2012 as the seventh seed in the AFC.

New Agents

Artie Burns and Bud Dupree both switched agents in anticipation of free agency. The league and NFLPA agreed to pushing the franchise tag window a couple of days. Are they working in concert to allow more time to finalize a new CBA?
