The transition from winter to spring can be tricky for our bodies and emotions.
Winter season is dominated by Vata dosha-cold, dry and light, and spring is dominated by Kapha dosha-cool, moist and heavy.
It is important to change our diet, lifestyle, exercise, sleep and routines to match the new season to keep us healthy and release any built up mucus and toxins from winter season.
Listen for recommendations to move easily into spring and avoid all of the Kapha related imbalances that can pop up during the change in season.
