"Nonsense is anything that you're doing that technically never has to get done at all. The more time you spend on nonsense, the less time you have available to actually do the things that matter to you in your life. I look at someone's life that is probably overwhelmed, probably has too much going on - the very first question is what can we cut? [cut out 15:38 until...16:00] That's what then leads to true productivity is you spending more of your time on things that truly do matter and things that really move the needle.
