From a fitness standpoint, I wanted to try to help people who may be in isolation, practising social distancing and working from home.
I am not a medical practitioner and I encourage everyone to take the advice from the professionals at the right time. This was recorded at 10am on Tuesday 17th March 2020 in the UK where currently there are social distancing, flattening the curve and self-isolation procedures being advised.
