Ben on Social Distancing
Ben tells the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, that he's "throwing without pain for the first time in years." Better yet, he answers the haters:
"I've heard people say I'm fat, and that just blows my mind,". "I'm lighter and in better shape than I was in either of the past two years. I haven't stopped working out. I normally don't work out in the offseason, but I've been doing everything five days a week with my trainer. Cardio twice a week. Legs twice a week. Upper body twice a week."
"I guess it's my beard that makes me look heavier. I must have 5 pounds in that, I know. But I'm not overweight."
Steelers Nation needs to appreciate the last of the beer-swilling' cigar-chomping' gun slingers* that we will probably ever see again in this age of NFL Stepford QBs.
Diontae Johnson, getting pointers from Antonio Brown? Please stop!
Finally, how many sets of brothers have been on the Steelers over the past two years?
*Ben does not actually swill beer or chomp cigars. This is presented as an allegory only to make a point.
