I have been falling behind on my goals. I am simply not on track to accomplish all the things that I set out to achieve this year. It's not that I haven't been putting in the work. I have. It's just that I've allowed myself to get off track with a few goals that really matter to me.
That's totally normal. It happens to all of us. But it's not okay with me. I believe that if your goals really matter to you, then you can't let complacency dictate your life. That's why Anders and I explain how we're working to get back on track in this week's episode of The Vegan Gym Podcast.
