Kelsey talks us through her experience with mental health and panic attacks; she also tells us how a simple ‘how-to’ list for her boyfriend went viral and how vital a supportive partner can be when dealing with mood disorders. Remy makes a list of her own to help you stay sane and see the positive side of being stuck at home. Finally- we talk about sex, and it is worth the wait.
