138 - How to Deal with Anxious Times

It's been nearly four months since Kelly and Carly have recorded and a fair bit has gone down in that time.  On a personal level, Carly went to New York in December to celebrate a big win for Ben and then found herself dealing with the constant threat of bushfires when she got home. Meanwhile, Kelly got through her first Christmas without Ant and also the first anniversary of his death in January. A confronting but ultimately lovely trip to Nashville followed that. And then, just as both ladies were catching their breath, COVID-19 hit Australia. The global landscape we're operating in right now is unprecedented for our time. After taking some time to catch up, Kelly and Carly share some thoughts on how to navigate these anxious and uncertain times.
