Crossroads Recap - The Oz Network Movies

Well, it’s that time of year to get the crap out of the bottom of the barrel and bring you one of our favourite months of the year as it’s BAD MOVIE MONTH TIME! Yay! And what better way to start than by watching a movie from a massive pop star who thought they were going to make it big in Hollywood in the 2002 movie Crossroads starring a certain Miss Britney Spears! Just why is this movie so forgettable that it isn’t really bad, it’s just…there? Can Britney act, or does she sound like she’s just constantly yawning all the time? Who are the other people in this movie and how on earth does Zoe Saldana come across as a bad actor? Why are there so many different plotlines in this movie that just come and go and make no sense? Is this another poorly disguised vanity project movie? Why is there so much singing for a musical that isn’t a musical? And why is Britney’s character the worst in stealing all the dreams of all her friends? It’s a great way to start off a great month so get to listening and enjoying!
