Driving Uber during Coronavirus; Thomas Evans on the decision to provide a service & be exposed

Thomas Evans was a hard working Uber driver that picked me up a few months ago.  Now during Coronavirus he is having to make a decision about being able to pay his bills or be exposed to the virus.  We talk about how the black community may have more fatalities, how to decide who to drive, and what he wants out of politicians

Our conversation was fast moving, candid and pretty optimistic.
