Which of course is creating mental health challenges for everyone. So this week on Straight and Curly we're sharing 10 tips for keeping your mental health levels as topped up as possible during this time.
Work to a routine on the weekdays and leave weekends to be routine-free
Find a way to move your body every day
Try and eat well
Get yourself an infinity project
Create a group you can share funny things with
Get showered and dressed in comfortable clothes, wash your face, brush your teeth
Give everyone the benefit of the doubt
Focus on the basics
Try to laugh
Remember this too shall pass
