On this episode of The Weekly Watch - or should that be, The Peakly Watch? - Mells and Jasmin are diving into the first half of Twin Peaks season 2. There's SO much to discuss: Cooper meets The Giant! Donna smokes now! The owls are not what they seem! Laura's murderer is revealed! And it's been less than 2 weeks since the events of the pilot! Then, these Queens of the small screen turn the dial to Westworld, season three episode five, "Genre." Mells and Jasmin both dig the plot and overall themes of the episode, but are still having trouble making an emotional investment. There are still so many questions left to answer and only three episodes left! Will this all turn out to be a simulation? Or is there something else afoot?
