HRT for some is the path of least resistance, I get it, but at menopause we want to create great habits that last a life time so that our bodies can begin to support themselves through change. In this episode I introduce you to the 3 pillars of menopause and the aspect that underlies them all.….mindset and trauma clearing. Then, we dive into the first pillar - health. We talk about why health is so important, why we reach for unhelpful food like sugar. We talk about breaking the sugar trap and why 'vertical illness' is not ok. We also talk about the 4 main areas of health: nutrition, movement, stress reduction and sleep and invite you to investigate what some of your blocks might be to fulfilling these 4 key areas.
