California scientist offers a strategic response to the virus | Dan Ovadya

Dan Ovadya is a plant biology scientist without a Ph.D. but he is a big name in his field.  We talked about the riot police being called out after the extension of the California lockdown, vertical quarantine and if he thinks college is worthwhile for kids in a post-Coronavirus world.
