Friendships & Social Distancing During Coronavirus Pandemic with Pop Culture Expert Jawn Murray
The Coronavirus Pandemic and the isolation that comes from being on lockdown are putting a tremendous strain on all relationships, but particularly friendships, which one report claims were already suffering from social distancing long before Covid-19.
My guest, Celebrity Journalist, Jawn Murray, wanted to change that and remind everyone of the crucial importance of friendships, especially for isolation survival. So, he gathered a group of singing celebrities to perform a special virtual compilation of the famous Dionne Warwick song, That's What Friends Are For."
Over 20-plus singers including Yolanda Adams, Michelle Williams, Ruben Studdard, Le'Andria Johnson, Coko of SWV, Kenny Lattimore, Syleena Johnson and others for a virtual collaboration of the classic song, "That's What Friends Are For." The creation of the video by Murray, which features an original musical score and keyboard accompaniment by musician Phil Walker, was to inspire those feeling lonely and missing their friends during the coronavirus pandemic.
Even Dionne Warwick gave Jawn the thumbs up! Enjoy this magical video here: https://youtu.be/_ghzX0i-8EA
