"How Do I Get My Workout Habit Back?" | Minisode #36
I've received a version of this question quite a bit here recently from my own personal training clients as well as from people on social media. We're in this weird grey area where some gyms will be opening up in the near future, which means we've almost made it back to "normal" again. But, for now, we're still stuck doing home workouts and we keep rationalizing to ourselves that once gyms open up again — THEN we're gonna kill it. But we all know that's not going to cut it and we still feel stuck in this rut of not doing anything.
In this Minisode, I break down a few ways to get that motivation for working out again and how to keep it there long-term. Sometimes "life" (or a pandemic) can get in the way, but we shouldn't let that hold us back from keeping ourselves healthy. This Minisode should help.
