Hello Listeners!! Evadu kodithey dimma tirigi mind block avuddo, vaade pandu gaadu. This one dialogue is enough for everyone who knows Telugu cinema to recognise the movie we discuss this week. Written, Produced and Directed by Puri Jagannadh starring Mahesh Babu and Ileana in leading roles, Pokiri (2006) was a blockbuster when it released and it continues to entertain us on multiple rewatches. While we do reminisce and get nostalgic, we also discuss portrayal of gruesome violence and predatory behaviour shown on screen.
